The objective of the program is to establish a common way of working for Product Maintenance Teams, clarify ownership of processes, roles, tools, and data, and support the organization's transition to a more effective and scalable product maintenance capability. Today, Product Maintenance Teams operate with varying processes and levels of efficiency across the organization. The consultant will play a key role in defining and implementing a standardized approach to planning, prioritization, and portfolio management of product maintenance activities throughout the full product lifecycle. The consultant will collaborate closely with a small core team that possesses deep knowledge of the current operating model and will act as a trusted advisor throughout the analysis, design, piloting, and implementation phases.
