The objective of the program is to establish a common way of working for Product Maintenance Teams, clarify ownership of processes, roles, tools, and data, and support the organization's transition to a more effective and scalable product maintenance capability. Today, Product Maintenance Teams operate with varying processes and levels of efficiency across the organization. The consultant will play a key role in defining and implementing a standardized approach to planning, prioritization, and portfolio management of product maintenance activities throughout the full product lifecycle. The consultant will collaborate closely with a small core team that possesses deep knowledge of the current operating model and will act as a trusted advisor throughout the analysis, design, piloting, and implementation phases. Responsibilities Analyze current ways of working and identify key pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Design a future-state process for planning, prioritization, and portfolio management of product maintenance activities. Define associated roles, responsibilities, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks. Ensure the process is supported by relevant data, reporting capabilities, and enabling tools. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities across the organization. Develop high-quality process documentation aligned with industry best practices. Validate and refine process designs through stakeholder reviews and pilot activities. Support the implementation and adoption of the new operating model.
