For en offentlig kunde søger vi en erfaren MS Fabric konsulent, der skal bistå med rådgivning samt udvikling og konfiguration i forbindelse med migrering fra kundens nuværende BI-løsninger. Kundens nuværende løsning består af egenudviklede databanker, lokale SQL BI servere og Power BI, som skal migreres og samles i MS Fabric. Dertil søger vi en konsulent, som har relevant erfaring med MS Fabric implementeringer, der kan bistå kunden med behovsafdækning, rådgive om alle aspekter i MS Fabric, deltage i PoC udvikling, bidrage med praktisk erfaring i migrering af data og kode samt bistå med udvikling i MS Fabric og overdrage dokumentation til drift. The primary goal is to maintain platform stability, support user adoption, and evaluate new features from software releases. Main Responsibilities The IT Application Specialist will manage the daily functions of the ITSM platform to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Handle daily platform operations and maintenance tasks. Monitor platform performance and health indicators. Manage user access requests and permission changes. Document solutions and maintain operational runbooks. Serve as first point of contact for platform-related user queries. Provide hands-on assistance to users with platform features. Execute platform patches and updates. Perform regular backups and validate recovery procedures. Ensure compliance with security policies and processes (ITIL). Monitor license usage and compliance. Implement small-scale platform enhancements. Test and deploy platform changes in accordance with change management and release processes. Key Requirements Degree in IT.
