POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Cut Over Integration Lead to join our team for a critical program. The ideal candidate will be based in Copenhagen and will play a key role in ensuring the successful transition and implementation of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, focusing on S/4 HANA, MES, planning, scheduling, and analytics reporting systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and manage cutover activities for large-scale programs, ensuring seamless transitions across manufacturing and business systems. - Develop detailed cutover plans, timelines, and checklists for S/4 HANA, MES, planning, scheduling, and analytics reporting solutions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams spanning Asia Pacific, India, and Europe to align cutover activities and resolve issues swiftly. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed of progress, risks, and dependencies. - Monitor and report on cutover progress, proactively identifying and addressing challenges. - Support and guide teams through at least three full cutover cycles, leveraging deep expertise and best practices. - Travel to Vietnam may be required as part of project coordination and execution.
