Consultant Task – Delivery Lead – Copenhagen (10.04.2026)

Our customer is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to help drive value from a newly established Data Backbone and reporting stack as part of a larger transformation program. The Consultant will be based in Copenhagen and be supporting the investment platform and internal stakeholders across the organization. The Data Backbone initiative is a core delivery track under a transformation program. The focus is to create a single source of truth for core financial and investment-related data to enable internal and investor reporting, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision making. The main architectural and technology choices have been made and implemented together with a strategic external partner acting as data backbone and managed data warehouse provider. Your focus will be to lead a project that activates and scales this backbone across the business, in close coordination with other related initiatives. The external partner provides the underlying data management platform and operates with end-to-end responsibility for the managed data warehouse solution. As Delivery Lead, you will succeed by working closely and transparently with the partner’s delivery leads and engineers, forming a tight joint delivery group that plans, prioritizes, and executes work together. This requires a collaborative mindset, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to translate our customer’s business priorities into clear scope and deliverables that can be executed efficiently.
