We are looking for a DevOps Delivery Coordinator for our client in the Pharma industry Tasks: Ad hoc checks for ERP -SAP teams in maintaining ADO boards to enable effective planning, tracking, and delivery across workstreams in terms of user stories Coordinate with outsourcing partners across different tracks to ensure timely follow-up, clear communication, and alignment on deliverables including any new processes implementation Ad hoc checks on ensuring user stories are captured accurately, well-defined, and aligned with business and project requirements. Monitor and validate ServiceNow items to ensure proper categorization, with a clear distinction that only incident-related items are logged as incidents. Collaborate with application managers across SAP modules and support DevOps ways of working by promoting cross-functional coordination, process discipline, and continuous delivery practices. Support and enforce standard ways of working within DevOps teams across functional areas, based on client Change and Incidents management process. Introduction & Summary We are seeking an experienced IAM Solution Lead to oversee the implementation and delivery of IAM solutions within the Access Governance domain. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM principles, with a focus on ensuring secure and compliant IAM platform operations across both IT and OT environments.
