The person should be able to move between detailed solution questions and broader landscape-level architectural reasoning. The consultant should be comfortable working in a Nordic environment with several teams, stakeholders and architectural viewpoints. Strong facilitation and documentation skills are important, because the assignment will likely require clarifying options and helping stakeholders understand trade-offs.
