For one of our financial clients we are seeking a consultant to support on an assignment related to its AIFMD reporting obligations, which encompasses both operational support for recurring AIFMD / Annex IV reporting processes and regulatory change analysis and implementation support regarding upcoming changes under AIFMD II / AIFMD 2.0. The role is crucial to ensure compliance and operational resilience amid evolving regulatory landscapes. Main Responsibilities: Maintain timely, complete and accurate AIFMD reporting during the engagement period. Assess current AIFMD reporting processes, data flows, controls, and ownership, identifying gaps between current-state processes and upcoming AIFMD II requirements. Translate regulatory changes into practical business, data, system and control requirements. Support implementation of required process, control and documentation changes. Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Data, IT and Fund Administration. Prepare knowledge transfer and handover materials before the end of the engagement.
