Introduction & Summary The role of Senior Research Strategy & Digitalization Lead encompasses the extension of DataCore, an enterprise data platform, into Research. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify valuable opportunities, create a strategic roadmap, and develop an investment case that facilitates the adoption and scaling of DataCore within the Research environment. Main Responsibilities Core duties include: Leading stakeholder engagement across Research and DataCore. Refining research use cases and value hypotheses. Transforming operational and business priorities into strategic recommendations. Aligning recommendations with organizational strategy. Identifying and prioritizing research use cases. Developing future-state roadmaps. Conducting investment analysis and creating decision materials. Assessing DataCore capabilities relative to Research needs. Key Requirements Minimum 9 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D or related fields. Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives. Strong knowledge in Pharmaceutical Research & Early Development. Expertise in research data ecosystems and workflows. Experience in business case development and value realization. Proficiency in digital strategy and transformation. Skilled in stakeholder management and communication. Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and leadership materials. Nice to Have Familiarity with Databricks or similar enterprise data platforms. Experience in leading research digital transformation initiatives. For en privat kunde søger vi en erfaren Odoo-specialist til en kort og intensiv konsulentopgave med opsætning af tidsregistrering og fakturering. Kunden skal have konfigureret Odoo til tidsregistrering, og teamet har ansvaret for implementeringen i løbet af de kommende 6-8 uger. Man kommer til at samarbejde tæt med teamet om at forstå løsningen, identificere effektive flows og konfigurere systemet - herunder også identificere og kravspecificere integrationer, eller hjælpe med at anvende de generiske integrationer effektivt. Konsulenten skal kunne levere en MVP-løsning inden for 2-3 dage, der kan tages i brug fra 1. oktober. Vi leder efter en konsulent med solid Odoo-erfaring, der hurtigt kan sætte sig ind i opgaven og levere resultater allerede i den første uge. Konsulenten skal kunne agere hurtigt og selvstændigt i et tempo, der matcher opgavens korte tidsramme. I de kommende måneder tages yderligere komponenter i løsningen løbende i brug, og der er mulighed for at fortsætte som rådgiver og central sparringspartner på denne del.
