Strong analytical skills demonstrated by performance assessments and benchmarking. Proficient in creating governance structures and defining roles. Expertise in identifying customer pain points and operational bottlenecks. Familiarity with automation, AI tools, and data-driven decision-making. Proven capability in developing KPI frameworks and performance management tools. Excellent presentation skills for executive-level material and decision-making.
