About the Team The Team consists of engineers responsible for developing and maintaining our enterprise data platforms, which support mission-critical service-to-service communication, analytics, and data governance. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement Data Governance tooling. Streamline data quality control implementations for data owners. Provide visibility of data lineage, metadata, and quality to data consumers. Automate data lineage ingestion from various data technologies (Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake). Integrate data quality control outcomes with external systems for reporting and incident management. Key Requirements Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Experience with enterprise services on Linux and/or Kubernetes. Familiarity with DevOps applications (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Azure DevOps, Terraform). Summary The Senior Technical HCM Oracle Specialist plays a crucial role in the project, focusing on implementing Oracle Compensation systems to effectively meet organizational requirements. Main Responsibilities This role involves core duties around the implementation and configuration of the Oracle systems. Set up the Compensation and workforce compensation configuration based on Client’s requirements. Prepare and execute data loading activities. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a focus on bug fixing. Guide stakeholders to ensure optimal configuration while minimizing complexity and customizations. Create documentation for the implemented solutions. Share knowledge and hand over the solution to the team. Key Requirements 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Core and Oracle HCM Compensation. Specific experience in Compensation with at least 2 successful implementations. Experience implementing Oracle Compensation in a European organization. Nice to Have Experience in an international IT environment. Familiarity with other Oracle modules.
