SAP CutOver Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Cutover Lead to join our team for a critical program running from now until the end of October. The ideal candidate will be based in Copenhagen and will play a key role in ensuring the successful transition and implementation of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on S/4 HANA FI/SD/MM modules in connection with surrounding systems and analytics reporting systems. Main Responsibilities Core duties include managing cutover activities for smooth transitions across business functions. Lead and manage business and technical cutover activities preparation and execution for large-scale programs. Develop detailed cutover plans, timelines, and checklists for business activities and reporting solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams spanning Europe and India to align cutover activities. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep all parties informed. Monitor and report on cutover progress, proactively addressing challenges. Support and guide teams through full cutover and ramp-up cycles. Lead business ramp-up activities, ensuring system stabilization and handover to Operations. Travel within EU may be required for project coordination. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in program and cutover management for large transformations. Proven expertise in Sales, Distribution, Finance processes, and related technologies. Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within Europe if required. Nice to Have Experience in international environments and multicultural teams. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. The consultant’s job will be to design, develop, and maintain a sample management application for our client. The consultant will lead the development and continuous enhancement of the applications frontend tech stack, including the implementation of new features such as advanced ordering, sample tracking, and analytics capabilities. The consultant will collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business needs, translating user requirements into effective technical implementations. The role includes responsibility for maintaining architectural consistency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. The consultant will establish strong working relationships with lab scientists, which will require frequent visits to the laboratories and regular on-site presence.
