Insights from the commercial ELN vendor selection process and proof-of-concept activities in the US have generated significant supporting materials. The objective of this assignment is to consolidate, analyse, and structure existing information to develop a clear value proposition for a global ELN deployment. The organization currently operates five ELN solutions globally and is rolling out a commercial ELN solution at a single site, identified as a candidate for potential global deployment. This consultancy assignment focuses on assessing and describing the potential value that can be realised from this global rollout.
