Vi søger en konsulent til en kombineret rolle som tester og testmanager på projekt, omhandlende nyt sportsrelateret-produkt til vores kunde i underholdningsbranchen Vi søger en testressource, der kan varetage en kombineret rolle som tester og testmanager på et Danske Spil projekt, omhandlende et nyt sportsrelateret-produkt. Tester-rollen forventes at fylde mere end testmanager-rollen. Den kundevendte del af løsningen leveres af ekstern leverandør. Integration til diverse eksisterende backend-systemer, sker ved interne leverandører hos kunden. Konsulenten får ansvaret for planlægning, koordinering og gennemførelse af testaktiviteter i tæt samarbejde med projektlederen og øvrige interessenter (fx. forretningen ifm. accepttesten). Det er en fordel, hvis konsulenten har ISTQB Foundation-certificering eller tilsvarende erfaring, da vi arbejder ud fra dette rammeværk og lægger vægt på kendskab til dets terminologi og principper. We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Design Consultant to support a global manufacturing company in a strategic Product Maintenance Transformation initiative. The objective of the program is to establish a common way of working for Product Maintenance Teams, clarify ownership of processes, roles, tools, and data, and support the organization's transition to a more effective and scalable product maintenance capability. Today, Product Maintenance Teams operate with varying processes and levels of efficiency across the organization. The consultant will play a key role in defining and implementing a standardized approach to planning, prioritization, and portfolio management of product maintenance activities throughout the full product lifecycle. The consultant will collaborate closely with a small core team that possesses deep knowledge of the current operating model and will act as a trusted advisor throughout the analysis, design, piloting, and implementation phases. Responsibilities Analyze current ways of working and identify key pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Design a future-state process for planning, prioritization, and portfolio management of product maintenance activities. Define associated roles, responsibilities, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks. Ensure the process is supported by relevant data, reporting capabilities, and enabling tools.
