We are looking for a Excel VBA Developer for our client in the pharma industry. Job description: The objective of this project is to develop an Excel-based tool that will be used for registering and updating details regarding Business Applications into standard fields. Additionally, the tool will also be used to register incidents. This tool must be developed using Excel 2018 due to specific sanctions. Project Scope Development of a user-friendly Excel tool for Business Applications registration and updates. Separate section for registering and tracking incidents. Ensuring compatibility with Excel 2018. Requirements Functional Requirements The tool should have standard fields for Business Application details such as: Application Name Version Owner Status Last Updated The specific fields and information are to be decided upon during the project analysis phase The tool should include a separate section with fields for incident registration such as: Incident ID Business Application Affected Date and Time Description Status Resolution Date The specific incident registration information is to be decided upon during the project analysis phase. Search functionality for easy retrieval of Business Application and incident details. Assignment Management: Preferably, the tool must support assigning and reassigning incidents or service requests across assignment groups and users. A local, editable database (e.g., a hidden or protected sheet) must maintain the list of all assignment groups and users. Assignment logic should be flexible and allow for future updates to reflect changes in ServiceNow usage. Data Migration Readiness: Preferably, the tool must be structured to allow regular and feasible data exports for migration into the ServiceNow platform.
