We are looking for a OT Security Consultant for our client in the pharma industry. Job description: We are looking for a Lead consultant with expertise in both management and strategy, as well as experience in industrial manufacturing (OT), to evaluate our current security solution. The consultant will provide recommendations to ensure an effective security solution aligned to recognised industry good practice and offer input for at and offer input for a long-term implementation plan. A broad knowledge of various relevant security tools for industrial environments is required. Key activities involve identifying and recommending future security solutions for manufacturing, creating roadmaps and strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards such as vulnerability detection and malicious activity tracking. The consultant should assist in developing a high-level implementation plan with milestones and estimated activities and costs in collaboration with manufacturing security architects and the project manager. The consultant must possess independence from particular technologies and has a comprehensive understanding of diverse technology solutions to offer recommendations for future security configurations. The consultant should provide guidance on which solutions should be considered in the future for our manufacturing set-up. Consultants are required to be able to: Recommend future security set-up for our manufacturing including changes to current set-up Experience with operational technology security, IT/OT requirement settings, design and testing Knowledge about OT systems, preferably DCS, SCADA and PLC Knowledge about network infrastructure and cybersecurity Preferably certified in ICS Security courses is an advantage. Define process for managing and updating pain-points and long-term goals Ensure use of leading strategy methodologies and concepts (e.g. future-back, paint-points-to-goals) Create planning templates and workshop materials Manage and support definition of projects and completion of implementation plans Manage detailed estimation of cost and resources related to future security set-up Qualifications Minimum 5-8 years of experience with deployment of security tools as Dragos, Nozomi or similar in the industrial domain Experience with IT Security in the industrial domain Access a network of other consultants when specific knowledge is needed. Experience from previous engagement with pharma or other manufacturing industries is a requirement Strong experience with strategy processes and the translation from strategy to execution Collaboration with teams requires strong communication and change management skills English as default working language Start date: 01/05/25 End date: 31/10/25 Location: Ballerup on-site 3-4 days a week Confidentiality agreement due to domain area is required For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
