We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support the LIMS Nexus Instance Separation project for our client in the pharma industry: You will join the delivery team and contribute across documentation, compliance, and operating model design, taking ownership of deliverables from clarification through completion. This role is critical to two priorities: 1. Documentation & compliance: Define and adapt documentation, processes, and controls required for a compliant multi-instance LIMS setup 2. Operating model & adoption: Help shape the future service model, governance, and stakeholder alignment for globalLIMS The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis, structured documentation, and confident stakeholder management across business, IT, QA, and validation. Key responsibilities Assess current documentation, processes, and compliance setup for the shared LIMS instance Identify gaps and define what is needed to support a compliant two-instance setup Create and structure documentation that is complete, consistent, and audit-ready Gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and collaboration with SMEs, QA, validation, and ITQC Support design of the future globalLIMS service model, including services, roles, interfaces, and governance Prepare workshops, document decisions, and help anchor deliverables across the organisation Core profile: Strong Business Analyst experience in regulated IT / GxP environments Solid understanding of validation, compliance, and documentation requirements Able to develop, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications Skilled at gathering requirements through workshops and SME collaboration Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, QA, and validation, with the ability to drive assigned workstreams and maintain momentum across stakeholders Preferred experience: Experience supporting IT validation and test activities Agile / SAFe mindset Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Miro or similar, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Experience with LabVantage, globalLIMS, or similar LIMS platforms is an advantage Platform Experience: LabVantage (globalLIMS) or similar LIMS platforms Experience with regulated, multi-environment setups and platform operations is an advantage Start date: 01-06-2026 End date: 31-12-2026 Location: Måløv, Denmark For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
