We are looking for a Senior Veeva Safety Consultant / Business Administrator for our Client in the pharma industry Job description We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our Safety Operations PV Technology team, with a focus on delivering Veeva Safety advanced business administration and support tasks that allow operational excellence and clæompliance of the pharmacovigilance database and associated systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across functions. Key responsibilities Lead and deliver Veeva Safety complex business administration tasks related to pharmacovigilance safety database operations and technology integrations, while also supporting the day to day operations, troubleshooting and end user support. Drive and support change implementation, including requirement clarification, impact and risk assessment, creating and execution of test cases and associated coordination. Ensure high-quality execution of tasks to secure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of SOPs and training materials, collaborate with stakeholders to identify leaner ways of working and flag potential risks proactively. Required skills Deep knowledge within Veeva Safety database, including business administrator responsibilities, trial setup, data verification, and release support. Veeva CDMS and clinical trial design knowledge is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks with minimal guidance and deliver impactful results. Quality and compliance experience, including GxP validation documentation (e.g. User Acceptance Test plans) Business testing and regulatory compliance. Capable of developing training content and providing super-user support to global stakeholders.
