IT Architect - Risk & Compliance - Shield/Ecomms

København

We are looking for an IT Architect for our client in the financial sector Detailed description of work task to be carried out Background Today the client is running three mandatory business capabilities needed for license to operate. These three capabilities are Record Keeping, Voice transcription of e-communication, and eComms Market Abuse Surveillance between customer facing employees and the customers. The Market Abuse regulations and the Mifid regulations stipulates that the bank has these capabilities to be able to operate on the market. The Shield solution combined with Nexidia is currently covering for these capabilities but there has been several question marks around this solution as it is: • Probably a fairly expensive set up in comparison • The maturity of the vendors is seen as low and therefore turn-around times on fixing incidents, upgrades etc is jeopardising stability and the ability to meet the regulatory targets for timely deliveries. • There are apparently similar solutions being developed elsewhere in the bank and potentially for other business areas than LC&I, Wealth Management and Treasury. As the business technology strategy stipulates that we should identify target applications on target technology stacks that we should concentrate volumes to over time, and this needs to be determined for all of these three capabilities in turn. Scope: The scope of the initial architectural analysis is to identify what similar or same solution with regards to Record Keeping, Voice Transcription and eComms Market Abuse Surveillance that exists across the bank to see or confirm what applications should be the target applications. The process of doing this is to see what gaps exists in each application with regards to: • Business functionality in the short and long term • Compliance to T4T technology standards and target technologies • Maturity of candidate vendors as well as delivery quality • Opportunities for executing changes in the application landscape (e.g. integrability of solution components) • Economy and value for money Key Deliverables: • target architecture for shield and co - main scope Risk and Compliance SA • Vendor/ solution options including a roadmap, solution cost comparison, including conformation to T4T and existing solutions ,I.e VFC • Support with any relevant RFI activities Required skills: • Proven experience as an IT architect in the financial services industry. • Proven experience in APIs and Cloud • Strong knowledge of eComms market abuse surveillance, record keeping, and voice transcription technologies. • Excellent project management and coordination skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in Financial Crime Fighting is a plus Start date: 16/09/2024 End date: 31/01/2025 Location: Copenhagen, DK - But all Nordic locations are considered.
