For our client in banking industry we are looking for a Senior Project Manager for IAM onboarding. Senior Project Manager with deep & broad technical knowledge and experience to take responsibility for a complex track within area of Access rights management technical infrastructure. The project has an overall objective to onboard mainframe accesses to central IAM controls. In the role you will be reporting to the Project Manager of the wider project within the area of Identity and Access Management. You will be responsible for developing project plans and requirements specifications and additionally manage that resource allocation and availability is in line with project goals and ambitions and drive the project to successful completion. You will be responsible for the team supporting the actual onboarding with outreach to the entire organization. In your role you will be liaising with and aligning project sponsor, business owners, other technical areas and technical team members. Stakeholder management is an important part of the role where bridging business owners and technical experts is key. You will be responsible for driving and reporting progress within you area of your responsibility and to ensure coordination with the other parts of the program. Knowledge and experience: Technical Project Manager experienced in managing and implementing IT projects. Specifically experience within the area of Identity and Access Management and access controls within Mainframe (and/or other infrastructure platforms). To be a successful candidate you need ability to establish, lead and deliver projects and manage a wide variety of ongoing activities and to work independently and naturally take responsibility to meet the project milestones while delivering the business requirements. As PM you need to be detail oriented, persistent and have good people skills. Strong technical mindset as well as great communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical specifications and requirements in to project deliverables, required actions and activities. Deep & broad technical knowledge and experience and understanding of access control systems on mainframe, HP Nonstop and database platforms is required to deliver successfully in the role. Experience with and technical understanding of Mainframe in general is considered a plus. The candidate should be available to be in our Taastrup office up to 5 days a week.
