Lokation: KøbenhavnOn behalf of a client in the life sciences industry, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Knowledge Graph to develop and maintain a knowledge graph integrating drug discovery and gene biology data, with a strong focus on data quality and reliability. Main Responsibilities • Own data quality across the knowledge graph, including validation, provenance tracking and quality metrics • Integrate, normalise and harmonise biomedical data from multiple internal and external sources • Maintain and develop the Neo4j schema, data models and supporting data pipelines • Work with data providers to resolve schema, identifier and data consistency issues • Prepare reliable graph data for downstream AI, analytics and search/retrieval use cases • Collaborate with research scientists, data scientists and engineers to translate scientific requirements into data solutions Key Requirements • Strong Python skills for data engineering and pipeline development • Hands-on Neo4j experience, including Cypher, schema design and query optimisation • Proven experience integrating heterogeneous biomedical datasets • Strong production experience with data validation, provenance and data quality management • Experience resolving schema, identifier and consistency issues directly with data providers • Familiarity with biomedical standards and identifiers such as UniProt, Ensembl and ChEMBL • Strong communication skills across scientific and technical teams • Experience within pharma, biotech or academic drug discovery is an advantage • MSc/PhD in a relevant field is an advantage • Familiarity with graph ML, embeddings or search/retrieval concepts is an advantage Other Details Assignment duration: 1/10/2026 - 31/03/2027 Location: Greater Copenhagen, 3 days onsite/week

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions aligned with corporate standards. This role is essential for enabling business transformation, application modernization, cloud adoption, and system integration. Main Responsibilities: Key duties include: Design end-to-end solution architectures across applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure. Translate business requirements into architectural designs and technical specifications. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and IT standards. Drive loosely coupled and reuse-oriented architectural approaches. Deliver Solution Design Document (SDD) compliant with IT Standards.
