Vi søger en Senior Test Manager som vil være ansvarlig for at etablere et beta-framework for et test- og valideringsværktøj udviklet af kunden selv. Den ideelle kandidat har betydelig erfaring med softwareudvikling og betatestning, og vil spille en central rolle i at facilitere feedback fra eksterne brugere, samtidig med at applikationen udvikles. Primære ansvarsområder: Etablering af beta-framework for ADA5, inklusive formål, organisering, roller, ansvar og samarbejde med beta-brugere. Udvikling af en onboarding-proces for beta-brugere samt etablering af kommunikationskanaler. Struktur for indsamling, kvalificering, kategorisering og prioritering af feedback og fejl. Udvikling af processer fra brugerfeedback/fejlrapportering til analyse, udvikling, release og efterfølgende verificering. Model for gentagne beta-releases og en kontinuerlig feedback- og læringssløjfe. Oprettelse af skabeloner og arbejdsværktøjer til understøttelse af beta-processen. Vigtige krav: Erfaring med etablering af beta- og testframeworks. Stærke kommunikationsevner og evne til at arbejde med eksterne interessenter. Solid teknisk erfaring indenfor softwareudvikling. Erfaring med feedback-indsamlingsprocesser. Evne til at lede teams gennem test- og beta-processer. Nice to have: Erfaring fra udvikling af desktop-applikationer. Forståelse for arkiveringssystemer. Knowledge of agile methodologies.

Technical Product Owner – Analytics and Tracking Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Analytics and Tracking to support an established program with multiple web and app development teams. The TPO will detail, document, and test requirements set by the Analytics and Tracking Product Owner (PO), bridging business requirements with technical discussions among development teams. Additionally, the TPO will test analytics deliverables alongside QA testers, ensuring the accuracy and usefulness of dashboard data and providing optimization feedback.
