About the Role As a Consultant Quality Professional, you will become part of a dynamic Recruitment & Quality department of more than 30 professionals across our Danish locations in Copenhagen and Aarhus. You will be part of our Aarhus team (9 people). Together, we are dedicated to supporting our clients by understanding their needs and identifying the right consultants or teams to deliver on them. You will join a team of Consultant Quality Specialists (6 people, distributed across both locations) responsible for validating consultant qualifications through a structured and well-established CV process. Your tasks will include: Conducting calls and online meetings with consultants Leading the consultant profile and CV creation process Translating technical and complex information into clear, commercially strong CVs tailored to client requirements Ensuring high-quality, accurate, and consistent documentation Working across teams to proactively prepare and update our consultant database, anticipating future client needs All work is supported by our in-house developed system, enabling efficient collaboration and high-quality delivery, with a sophisticated ML/AI model.
