emagine is looking for an Application and Configuration manager. The TMS Application & Configuration Manager (CarLo) will be responsible for owning the functional configuration and day-to-day application management of the Transport Management System (CarLo) for our partner. This role encompasses the management of configuration ownership, workflows, business rules, planning parameters, master data, and templates. Additionally, the consultant will handle change requests, enhancements, and provide operational support in collaboration with the IT Service Owner, Service Desk, and IT Operations. The position serves as a primary contact for Soloplan and will work closely with other key stakeholders across the group of our partner Technical Competencies and Experiences: Minimum 5 years’ experience with Transport Management Systems, particularly in application management, support, configuration, or functional ownership. Preferred experience with CarLo/Soloplan. Expertise in managing multi-country business applications, balancing standard processes with local requirements. Comprehensive understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes. Proven skills in configuring workflows, business rules, planning logic, and master data structures. Experience managing change requests and coordinating system enhancements. Effective collaboration with external vendors, operational users, and technical teams in a multi-stakeholder environment. Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Familiarity with interfaces, master data, reporting, and enterprise application landscapes. Experience with SQL, EDI/API integrations, or transport-related data structures is an advantage. Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in the CarLo (Soloplan) TMS platform. Familiarity with SQL, EDI/API integrations, and enterprise application interface/reporting tools is advantageous. Weighting in Evaluation: Extra consideration will be given to hands-on experience with CarLo/Soloplan and the ability to balance a Group-wide template with local/country-specific requirements in a multi-country application landscape.
