Main responsibilities Responsible for maturing Third-Party ICT Risk Management controls in accordance with industry standards and per relevant regulations Support with maturing the mapping of Business Products and Services to processes, ICT applications, and Third-Party ICT Service providers Support the enhancement of Business Impact Assessments and carrying them out with stakeholders across the bank Outline decision requests for steering committees and/or applicable governance forums Assess ICT controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and that all relevant regulatory requirements are embedded in the control library Drive process design and implementation activities related to Third-Party ICT risk management Support the establishment of a new resilience strategy. Key requirements Eight years of Project Management experience Ability to drive process analysis/mapping exercises and identify the pain points in current processes Ability to find solutions based on the pain points and drive process implementation, including documentation (e.g. SOP creations) Strong proficiency in developing PowerPoint material and decision material in general Standard proficiency in Excel and financial planning Risk and/or Project Management Certifications (e.g., SAFe, Prince2, ISACA, CISSP, CRISC) Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines. Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools Experience with regulatory implementations and/or Business Architecture Understanding of DORA regulation and hands on experience on related processes Ability to analyze data-related issues and develop effective solutions Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality Knowledge of data management principles and tools such as Excel, SQL, and PowerBI for ITS compliance Understanding of data governance and quality principles for ITS compliance High level of English.
