You will manage and implement IT projects specific to Identity Access Management in Cyber Security. Main Responsibilities Establish, lead, and deliver projects within the scope of Cyber Security. Manage various ongoing activities related to Identity Access Management. Oversee supplier management processes to ensure project success. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate technical specifications into deliverables. Execute projects in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. Adapt to changes in project requirements and maintain flexibility. Key Requirements Experienced in managing and implementing IT projects specifically within Identity Access Management in the area of Cyber Security Ability to understand, navigate and communicate around technical subjects. A conceptual, and a technical, understanding of access control systems, generally and preferably specifically within Privileged Access Management. The ability to translate technical specifications and requirements in to specific activities and deliverables. Experience with supplier management. Experience with the financial sector. Knowledge and familiarity with Mainframe/RACF is seen as a plus. Proficiency in English with good communication skills. Experience with Agile delivery management. Skills in change management and security solutions. Ability to work independently and maintain responsibility for project commitments.
