The client is a provider of secure identity solutions. Previous experience with this is an advantage.Your Responsibilities Clarify and challenge needs and expectations in collaboration with the business, development team, and customers. Communicate and discuss design decisions in a clear manner with our customer. Develop high-fidelity prototypes including final UI based on our design system. Work iteratively and cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and other designers. Ensure that accessibility considerations are integrated into the design process. Key Requirements 8+ years of experience as a UI/product designer focusing on digital solutions. Strong skills in Figma and building production-ready designs using design systems. Comfortable working cross-functionally and preferably experienced in both web and app design. Understanding and experience with agile methodologies. Structured and analytical approach. Holistic mindset while paying attention to details in the overall user experience. Nice to Have Curious and ask the right questions to clarify needs and purpose. Interest in accessibility in digital design. Find motivation in working with technically complex systems and see a learning curve as an exciting challenge. Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken. Our client is looking for a UX Copy Writer for a part-time role in their CX team. The workload varies significantly from an average of 25% to 100%, but it will be planned together with the team for optimal setup. The client is a provider of secure identity solutions. Previous experience with this is an advantage. Your responsibilities: Write user-centered microcopy in Danish and English Produce clear, accessible help and guidance content for channels such as the client’s main website and related support materials Collaborate iteratively and cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and UX designers Align and agree with stakeholders on the customer side Use specific terminology, guidelines, and writing principles for the content Work hands-on in the client’s CMS system, Umbraco, and in the localization tool, Lokalise Take part in design reviews and provide feedback and coaching when needed Make data-informed decisions with insights from research and user testing.
