This role is part time - app. three days per week. We are seeking an experienced Software Designer / Solution Architect to contribute to a strategic project aimed at establishing a unified platform for digital task management across multiple retail formats. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating task management solutions within our existing frameworks while mentoring a designated internal employee for knowledge transfer and capability building. Project Overview The solution aims to centralize task management activities across various stores and headquarters, utilizing a headless architecture. Key tasks include integrating with our partners MyStore platform and utilizing Zebra Workcloud Task Management as the core task engine. Main Responsibilities Lead the solution design and architecture. Guide the build team through the software design process. Integrate the new solutions into the existing IT landscape. Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal team members. Create relevant architecture documentation and specifications. Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are met. Key Requirements Proven experience in software architecture and solution design. Strong mentoring and coaching skills for knowledge transfer. Experience with headless architecture and task management solutions. Ability to manage both functional and non-functional requirements. Familiarity with creating architecture definition documents and system diagrams. Nice to Have Experience in a retail environment. Understanding of integration processes between packaged and custom solutions. Knowledge of agile methodologies. Other Details Project duration is expected to be from October 2026 to July 2027, with an average allocation of 3 days per week, particularly higher during initial project phases. The consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and ad hoc projects related to Identity and Access Management (IAM). This position focuses on stabilizing resources for operational execution in alignment with strategic roadmaps. Main Responsibilities Support IAM daily operations through execution and project involvement. Execute and support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes. Handle IAM-related ServiceNow requests and incidents (access, entitlements, role corrections). Support daily access and entitlement handling based on defined processes and runbooks. Coordinate operational tasks with User Administration and Service Desk. Prepare factual input and evidence for security and audit activities. Support cleanup of excess, obsolete, or misaligned access. Execute remediation tasks defined by IAM Governance or Security. Follow defined IAM processes and escalate design, policy, or risk questions accordingly. Contribute to reducing manual workarounds and recurring IAM incidents. Support backlog reduction through structured execution. Key Requirements Strong hands-on experience with IAM operations. Solid understanding of Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes. Knowledge of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM). Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Workflows. Familiarity with Microsoft Logic Apps and Active Directory. Experience with ServiceNow for access requests and incidents. Strong data analysis skills, particularly with Excel / CSV at an operational level. Nice to Have Experience from regulated environments (finance, insurance). Familiarity with IAM cleanup and stabilization after go-live. Experience working with large IAM backlogs and legacy access models. On behalf of a client in the energy industry, we are looking for a Senior Database Migration Engineer to support the migration of Oracle databases to PostgreSQL and the conversion of ODI data workflows to Azure Data Factory.
