Main Responsibilities As a Senior CRM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering CRM solutions and enhancing platform capabilities. Lead and contribute to design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics / M365 Sales. Configure CRM entities, forms, business rules, process flows, dashboards, and UI components. Implement and maintain plugins, custom actions, Dataverse APIs, and JavaScript customizations. Build and maintain CRM integrations using APIs, Power Automate Cloud Flows, ADF pipelines, and Azure services. Ensure stable application infrastructure, environments, monitoring, logging, and releases via CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with architects, developers, consultants, SMEs, and system owners across Personal Customers.
