Work iteratively and cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and other designers. Ensure that accessibility considerations are integrated into the design process. Key Requirements 8+ years of experience as a UI/product designer focusing on digital solutions. Strong skills in Figma and building production-ready designs using design systems.
