Lokation: ÅrhusFor a partner - emagine is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to lead the establishment of a new pricing management platform, ensuring alignment across Sales, Finance, and IT departments while setting the foundation for global pricing strategies. Main Responsibilities: Map the current pricing process including price setting, discounts, approvals, and follow-up on realized prices and margins. Run workshops and interviews with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, and IT to gather insights and needs. Define the target state, business requirements, and requirements specification for the future pricing platform. Map data sources, system landscape and integration needs with the IT department. Prepare project plan, business case input, governance model, and proposed organization. Conduct vendor and market assessments, including input for RFI/RFP processes. Ensure a structured handover to an internal project manager for ongoing implementation. Key Requirements: Several years of experience as a commercial project manager or business consultant in an international B2B context. Strong understanding of pricing strategies, price waterfall, discount management, and margin optimization. Experience in gathering requirements and preparing system selection processes. Familiarity with pricing solutions such as PROS, Pricefx, Vendavo, Zilliant, or SAP-based tools. Proven ability to drive progress across Sales, Finance, and IT departments. Fluent English language skills, with Danish as an advantage. Nice to Have: Experience in managing projects with diverse stakeholder interests. Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly. Other Details: Location: Aarhus Denmark / 3-4 days onsite/week. Engagement Duration: 6 months, full-time engagement with potential for extension. Team Structure: Involvement across Sales, Finance, and IT departments. For one of our financial clients we are seeking a consultant to support on an assignment related to its AIFMD reporting obligations, which encompasses both operational support for recurring AIFMD / Annex IV reporting processes and regulatory change analysis and implementation support regarding upcoming changes under AIFMD II / AIFMD 2.0. The role is crucial to ensure compliance and operational resilience amid evolving regulatory landscapes. Main Responsibilities: Maintain timely, complete and accurate AIFMD reporting during the engagement period. Assess current AIFMD reporting processes, data flows, controls, and ownership, identifying gaps between current-state processes and upcoming AIFMD II requirements. Translate regulatory changes into practical business, data, system and control requirements. Support implementation of required process, control and documentation changes.
