Technical Product Owner – Analytics and Tracking Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Analytics and Tracking to support an established program with multiple web and app development teams. The TPO will detail, document, and test requirements set by the Analytics and Tracking Product Owner (PO), bridging business requirements with technical discussions among development teams. Additionally, the TPO will test analytics deliverables alongside QA testers, ensuring the accuracy and usefulness of dashboard data and providing optimization feedback. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, structured, detail-oriented, and with hands-on experience in implementing analytics/tracking being a plus. Familiarity with Azure DevOps is advantageous but training can be provided. Main Responsibilities: • Specifying and testing requirements for new features on existing product platforms. • Collaborating with developers and the PO on a refactoring project for the Google Analytics/Tag manager/Enhanced Ecommerce base implementation. • Offering best practice guidance on tracking implementations across multilingual/market sites. Key Requirements: Experience in creating dashboards/overviews summarizing website performance for business audiences (e.g., using Google Data Studio). Detail-oriented, organized, consistent, transparent, and reliable. Experience with web analytics implementation and documentation, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and troubleshooting using debugger tools (e.g., Dataslayer).
