The role includes facilitating workshops, analyzing findings, validating maturity ratings, and producing both technical and executive-level reports. This role involves working with existing customer data and collecting additional information as necessary to facilitate compliant KYC registration. The ideal candidate will have a background in KYC due diligence processes and be fluent in both Danish and English. Main Responsibilities: Perform KYC on high-risk customers Collect additional customer data as required Utilize the KYC Branch tool for the KYC process Communicate effectively with customers regarding their data Ensure compliance with KYC registration requirements. Key Requirements: Experience with Nordea Bank KYC branch tool Understanding of what constitutes a Financial Crime Risk Comfortable calling/contacting customers to collect additional information Fluent in Danish and English.
