Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, engage, and qualify top freelance IT consultants within the sector. Build and maintain strong pipelines within key domains (e.g. data, cloud, risk, regulatory, transformation) Translate client needs into precise search strategies and high-quality matches Deliver relevant and well-matched consultant profiles with a strong understanding of both technical and business context Maintain and develop dynamic talent pools and contribute to proactive sourcing initiatives Collaborate closely with Sales, Relationship Engagement, and Back Office to ensure high-quality delivery and strong client outcomes Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and ways of working Why Join Us? L1/L2 Support Engineer
We are looking for on-site L1/L2 Support Engineers at level 1. The primary goal of the AI Engineer role is to contribute to the development of the AI Skills Registry focusing on building reliable components for AI solutions that operate effectively across various platforms. This role focuses on building essential components that support both AWS AgentCore-based agents and our enterprise AI solution. Main Responsibilities: Build components for the AgentCore and/or Amazon Quick and run evaluation frameworks for skills and tools builds. Ensure the reliability and accuracy of AI models. Help operationalize the Evaluate and Iterate phase of the ADS to ensure robust evaluation practices across various agent builds. Define and track quality and cost-per-outcome metrics for production agents. Run structured error analysis on agent outputs to identify failure patterns and implement fixes.
