Lokation: KøbenhavnApplication Portfolio and Transformation Manager We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the consolidation and transformation of the customs local application landscape. The successful candidate will drive the transition from a fragmented portfolio of locally owned applications to a globally governed and optimized application landscape. This position requires a strong ability to establish relationships across various global customs organizations, local teams, and onsite IT. Main Responsibilities Establish and maintain an inventory of local Customs applications. Govern application lifecycle across the portfolio. Drive decisions on renewal and consolidation opportunities. Maintain visibility of costs, contracts, risks, and planned decommissioning activities. Provide portfolio reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Build partnerships with Local Customs, Local IT, and regional stakeholders. Mobilize country organizations for application discovery and decommissioning. Ensure alignment of local and global priorities. Facilitate decision-making on future application landscapes. Lead transfer of ownership from local to global governance. Key Requirements 6-9 years of experience as a Senior Consultant. Demonstrated experience in Application Portfolio Management. Proven skills in IT Asset Management and Application Lifecycle Management. Experience in leading technology transformation and large-scale change programs. Strong vendor and contract management capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Ability to influence without direct authority. Knowledge of governance and operating models. Program leadership experience with a commercial mindset. Nice to Have Experience in intricate hands-on engineering. For one of our financial clients we are seeking a consultant to support on an assignment related to its AIFMD reporting obligations, which encompasses both operational support for recurring AIFMD / Annex IV reporting processes and regulatory change analysis and implementation support regarding upcoming changes under AIFMD II / AIFMD 2.0. The role is crucial to ensure compliance and operational resilience amid evolving regulatory landscapes. Main Responsibilities: Maintain timely, complete and accurate AIFMD reporting during the engagement period.
