Main Responsibilities The consultants will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and development of CRM solutions. Core duties include: Designing and configuring D365 Sales for lead and opportunity management. Creating functional specifications, data mapping, and configuration documentation. Collaborating with technical teams for tailored solutions and integrations. Providing user training and UAT support. Aligning D365 CE capabilities with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Key Requirements Strong understanding of core CRM concepts: business process flows, security roles, and data strategy. Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Able to lead client-facing workshops and support end-to-end project delivery. Excellent communication skills in English and a consultative engagement approach. Nice to Have Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with third-party systems. Familiarity with AI features in D365. Understanding of Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or Power BI. Experience in financial services or retail banking sectors. PROJECT INFORMATION: Location: Remote. Allocation starts with 50% and may increase to 100% later in the year. Start Date: Q1 or early Q2 at the latest. End Date: Q4-2027 Estimated Travel: Minimal, mainly for PI planning. Language Requirement: English. Remuneration: 190-210 PLN/h Summary The position involves implementing SAP solutions for forwarder integration and optimizing transportation management within operations, focusing on standardization and integration with key stakeholders. Main Responsibilities Core duties include the implementation of new tools and the improvement of existing solutions. Implement the new tool (SAP BN4L) for forwarder integration. Revisit and improve old EDI solutions to support new integration methods. Share shipment data such as loading and delivery locations, pallet numbers, and details. Standardize EDI for integration with transportation stakeholders. Support SAP TM roll-out for ambient, chilled, and sea/container transport. Define the Clients Template for transportation management.
