Senior eTMF Business Analyst — Veeva system specialist with eTMF/Clinical management system domain expertise, technical understanding, independent delivery capability, and excellent stakeholder/communication skills. Domain knowledge. Experience from Veeva systems, preferably Veeva eTMF/Clinical management system Hands-on knowledge of Veeva eTMF features (document ingestion, metadata, workflows, audit trails) or equivalent eTMF platforms and clinical trial conduct experience. (would be awesome, but can be learned) Drive solution discovery. Propose pragmatic, compliant options, perform impact analyses, and support cost/effort trade-off/value input. Hypothesis-driven approach. We are looking for a System/Solution Architect for our client in the Pharma industry We need a system/solution architect for the NextGen PPM project. The role will include being the tech lead in the project. PPM: Project and Portfolio Management - a project management tool to cater for our product planning activities across organisations in NN. The project is anchored in R&D. We will be procuring a SaaS solution (via RfP) and need to design and build data pipelines in DataCore (Databricks) to serve relevant data to the SaaS solution. We need an architect to be overall responsible for the solution end to end, to guide the developers, ensure use of best practices (incl. coordinating with DataCore and their best practices). Proven expertise in designing IT systems, cloud infra, integration (API), scalability, CI/CD, Databricks, IT security. Help evaluate the SaaS solutions in the RfP will be part of the responsibilities. Facilitating both team and program level agile events and ceremonies is expected, including team reporting. Sharing RTE / Agile Coach activities with other scrum masters and coaches can be expected from time to time. Required Skills Experience in working as Scrum Master and RTE in an agile working environment with multiple delivery teams in an IT/OT product area.
