We are seeking a SAP SuccesFactors Consultant for our client in the pharma industry The consultant will gather and translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Performance & Goals Management, Compensation, and Variable Pay. The role includes configuring and optimizing the relevant modules, as well as supporting testing, defect resolution, releases, and annual HR cycles. The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver best-practice solutions and ensure successful implementation. Required Skills: Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management (senior level) Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay (senior level) Key responsibilities: Requirements and User Story Management Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and recommend best-practice solutions for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay. Configuration and Solution Delivery Configure and enhance the PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay modules, including templates, workflows, eligibility rules, calculations, permissions, and cycle-related settings. Testing, Deployment, and Support Prepare and execute testing, resolve defects, document changes, support releases and annual cycles, and provide expert troubleshooting and knowledge transfer to internal teams. We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Analyst / IT Operations Advisor for one of our Clients in the Global Facility Management industry. This is a senior advisory assignment for a consultant with extensive experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Application Operations, IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Transformation. Detailed description of work task to be carried out: The Client is looking for a senior IT Operations Advisor who can provide an independent assessment of the current IT Operations organization, challenge the existing operating model, and help define the future direction of the function based on experience from similar transformation journeys. The assignment focuses on providing an external perspective on how the IT Operations organization is structured today and identifying opportunities to improve governance, processes, operating model and organizational setup. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and is expected to: •Assess the current IT Operations and Application Operations setup. •Evaluate the existing IT Operating Model, support model and governance structure. •Challenge the current organization and provide recommendations based on industry best practices. •Identify opportunities to improve IT Operations processes, service delivery and collaboration across teams. •Support the Client's ongoing IT transformation by helping define the future operating model. •Bridge technical and organizational discussions with senior stakeholders. The current environment consists primarily of on-premises infrastructure with Microsoft Azure services. Must-have knowledge and experience: •10+ years of experience within IT Operations, Infrastructure Operations or Application Operations. •Previous experience as Head of IT Operations, IT Operations Manager, Infrastructure Manager, IT Operations Lead, Service Delivery Manager or a similar senior leadership role. •Proven experience leading or advising on IT Operating Model, Infrastructure Transformation or IT Transformation initiatives. •Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL, governance and operating models. •Experience with on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure environments. •Experience with organizational transformation, process optimization and change management. •Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills. •Ability to combine strategic thinking with deep technical understanding. Nice-to-have knowledge and experience: •Experience working in SAFe Agile environments and System Teams. •Experience with application deployment on virtual servers. •SQL Server/database administration. •Test management and QA. •Experience with Enterprise Application Operations and business-critical applications.
