For our client we are looking for a PIM (Product Information Management) Consultant. Short intro to the PxM team The Product Experience Management (PxM) team is responsible for delivering consistent, high quality product information to client’s local companies, customers, and distributor portals. We operate and develop the PxM Platform, enabling the creation and distribution of price books and customer facing data packages across markets. By using integrated tools such as Akeneo, ProductsUp, and Priint, the team ensures a single source of truth for product data, supports localization and automation, and improves data quality and customer experience across channels. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced PxM and Product Data Consultant to temporarily support the Product Experience (PxM) team. The consultant will work hands-on with PxM platforms and product data pipelines, ensuring stable delivery of price books, customer data feeds, and portal integrations while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Performance Units, Global PIM, and digital teams. Scope of Work The consultant will contribute to day-to-day PxM operations and development, focusing on product data quality, platform usage, and stakeholder enablement. The scope includes PxM platform consultancy, coordination with PLM and local Customer Service & Support teams, and operational support of price books and customer-facing data pipelines. Key Responsibilities Provide PxM platform consultancy and operational support, including governance and daily operations Support maintenance and creation of global price books in collaboration with the PxM team Work hands-on with PxM-related tools such as Akeneo, Priint, and Productsup Build and maintain customer- and portal-facing data feeds Collaborate closely with Global PIM and Divisional support functions to ensure data quality and consistency Engage, support, and train stakeholders in Divisions and customer service & support teams Translate PxM roadmap items into concrete operational tasks and deliverables Support documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure continuity during the paternity leave period Key Deliverables Maintained and updated price books according to agreed cycles Stable and high-quality product data feeds to customers and external portals Documented PxM operational tasks and platform usage Stakeholder support and issue resolution within agreed service levels Required Qualifications Relevant degree within digital, data, PIM, or equivalent experience Experience working with Product Information Management and product data Hands-on experience with PIM related platforms (e.g., Akeneo, Productsup) Strong digital and data understanding Experience working in a global, cross-functional organization Fluent in English, written and spoken Key Competencies Applying expertise and technology Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Relating and networking with stakeholders Analytical and structured approach to data and processes Ability to adapt and respond to change ETIM standards Technology scope Akeneo ProductsUp Priint:suite SAP Microsoft Azure DataDog PowerBI Adobe Analytics Duration & Working Model This is a temporary consultant engagement covering a paternity leave period (4½ month: ultimo March – primo Aug - 2026). The role can be both remote or on-site in Bjerringbro. It’s embedded in the Product Experience team (3 FTE) within Ecommerce & Digital Tools. The consultant is expected to collaborate closely with the existing PxM team and key stakeholders to ensure seamless continuity of operations.

We have a tech team of 6 developers including one tech lead who you will be working with. The organization around this Product suite is new from January as we consolidate products that have lived in somewhat isolation. So initially we will focus some of our efforts on reducing complexity and simplifying the previous setup. The infrastructure part is fairly well established, for the frontend and backend we will start looking at how we can work across what was previously multiple codebases. So if monorepositories, micro-frontends, BFF, simplification, modules, event driven architecture and Azure infrastructure is something that interests you then you will definitely find it here. It is definitely a plus to have worked within Pharma before, but it is not a hard requirement. Required Skills: It is definitely a plus to have worked within Pharma before, but it is not a hard requirement. C#/.NET, VueJs, Typescript, Azure, Azure DevOps, Pipelines (yaml), Container/Docker, API / OpenAPI and EDA is a hard requirement, and we are looking for very senior profiles. To begin with, the project will primarily be focused on backend work, but we are looking for a fullstack as we believe there will be a need for working on frontend tasks as well, and for this work we will need someone who is capable of working with VueJs and TypeScript.
