Lokation: HillerødWe are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager for our client in the Pharma industry Job Description Allocation : Hillerød and Gentofte (onsite 5 days per week, but some ad hoc flexibility can be accommodated) We are establishing a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Hillerød, and are in need of an addiitional member to join our well-established team that is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of global IT infrastructure and applications in a manner fit for the new facility, and overseeing the IT/OT architecture. The primary role of the Junior IT Project Manager is to liaise/bridge between the central IT delivery teams and the receiving line of business, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of IT solutions with a strong emphasis on change management. The project organisation central delivery organisation is large, and whilst we have an established network of relevant stakeholders, it is essential that the candidate proactively and regularly seeks them out for collaboration. Traits like being self-driven, a team player, and being attentive to details whilst keeping the bigger perspective matter more so than a proven track record of project management skills. Also important are good communication skills, an outgoing personality, and an ability to organise. The Junior Project Manager will work in close collaboration with, and under the supervision of, the Associate Work Package Owner. It is also expected that the candidate will handle administrative tasks such as coordinating Steering Committee meetings, capturing minutes of meeting, updating content on a SharePoint site, and occasionally getting hands on with configuring and testing devices. Required Skills Basic understanding of Project Management It would be ideal to have had experience in liaising/bridging between IT delivery teams and the receiving business, and further advantageous if that was in the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain.
