About the Role: Telenor Denmark is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Consultant to review and assess its current IT and network infrastructure. The goal is to understand how the infrastructure works today, identify areas for improvement and create a plan for future development. The consultant will work closely with the Head of Infrastructure and other internal teams. Regular on-site presence in Aalborg is required. Key Responsibilities: The expected setup is a compact team of two to three complementary profiles. It should normally include a senior infrastructure assessment lead, an experienced infrastructure/service-management specialist and, where this improves efficiency and documentation quality, analytical support. Review the current IT and network infrastructure. Interview relevant teams and stakeholders. Assess infrastructure processes and identify areas for improvement. Review infrastructure lifecycle management and supplier relationships. Identify dependencies between Infrastructure and other teams. Create a draft Infrastructure Roadmap for 2027. Develop a draft Service Catalogue and an annual activity plan. Document findings and provide practical recommendations. Requirements: Strong experience in IT infrastructure and operations. Experience working with outsourced IT services and multiple suppliers. Knowledge of infrastructure lifecycle management, including maintenance, capacity, resilience and upgrades. Experience assessing processes and identifying improvements. Strong communication, analytical and documentation skills. Ability to work regularly on-site in Aalborg, Denmark. Experience in telecommunications or other critical infrastructure environments is an advantage. Deliverables: The consultant is expected to deliver: A documented overview of the current infrastructure. An assessment of process maturity and improvement opportunities. A draft Infrastructure Roadmap for 2027. A draft Infrastructure Service Catalogue. A draft annual plan for recurring infrastructure activities. Deadline: The main work should be completed by 15 December 2026, with the final documentation delivered no later than 31 December 2026.
