Lokation: SøborgWe are looking for a Data Engineer for our client in the Pharma Industry Job Description Data Engineer (Development - Senior profile) – Central Monitoring Platform (CMP) We are looking to onboard one additional Data Engineer to support our Central Monitoring Platform (CMP). The primary objective is to increase capacity for business-as-usual operations, while also contributing to smaller initiatives and improvement activities for the remainder of the year. This is not a lead role. The consultant will join an existing setup with experienced Data Engineers and contribute hands-on in a regulated environment. Assignment overview The consultant will provide data engineering services supporting CMP delivery and operations, including but not limited to: development, maintenance and operation of data pipelines; onboarding of new data, studies and clinical trials; BAU support such as incident and ticket handling, root-cause analysis and operational follow-ups; participation in smaller initiatives and scoped projects; and documentation of pipelines and data flows in line with agreed quality standards. The assignment will be shaped continuously based on priorities. Must-have technical skills Strong hands-on experience with PySpark Proven experience with Azure and Databricks Strong Python and SQL skills (Spark SQL experience is relevant) Experience building and operating production-grade data pipelines Domain and compliance experience Experience from clinical or regulated environments is strongly preferred, ideally from GxP-relevant contexts or environments with strong documentation, quality controls and auditability. Working style Hands-on, pragmatic and delivery-oriented profile. Comfortable working with both BAU operational tasks and smaller improvement initiatives. Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team. Team context The consultant will join our Tech Team, which acts as an enabler team in our setup. The team currently consists of a Solution Architect, Validation Lead, System Manager and two Data Engineers, distributed across Denmark, Croatia and India, and made up of a mix of client FTEs and external consultants.
