What you will do As a Senior Project Manager for the OpenStudyBuilder alliance, you will be key responsible for orchestrating the cross-pharma collaboration. You will act as a trusted partner to the OpenStudyBuilder product leadership, as well as to key leadership teams in partner pharma companies. You will serve as a key coordinator of cross-company decision makers, domain specialists, and technology resources to ensure crosscompany delivery on our joint ambition. Key responsibilities: Own alliance execution and delivery management: Ongoingly translate collaboration goals and priorities into efficient cross-pharma workstreams. Ensure ongoing execution, tracking, and accountability. Ensure decentralized delivery teams remain synchronized and progressing toward ambitious joint goals. Strong project management and communication skills—proven ability to deliver tangible business outcomes and results within ambitious timelines, including the ability to create momentum in the short term while building sustainable long-term progress. Experience collaborating successfully across many stakeholders, including different functions, locations, and organizational levels, up to senior management—including cross-company collaboration. The project involves the development of a new digital kiosk for self-service purchase of lottery and gaming products and will be executed as a smaller waterfall-based project. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing test activities in close collaboration with the Project Manager and other stakeholders. An ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent experience is considered an advantage, as the project follows this framework and values familiarity with its terminology and principles.
