We are looking for an experienced Data & Integration Architect to support and help drive a global CRM transformation program within a pharmaceutical environment, moving from Veeva CRM to Salesforce. The Data & Integration Architect will play a key role in defining and governing the target data and integration architecture across the program, ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant solutions that support a complex, international transformation. The consultant will work closely with the appointed Project Leader, the Senior Project Manager, business and IT stakeholders, the implementation vendor, and Salesforce, and must be comfortable operating in a multi-vendor setup with both global and offshore delivery teams. The ideal candidate brings strong experience from similar CRM transformation programs in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, including hands-on responsibility for data architecture, migration strategy, integration design, and cross-system alignment in an international setting. The person should have proven ability to navigate complex system landscapes and drive alignment across business, IT, vendors, and regional teams.
