We are looking for an experienced Data & Integrations Engineer to support and help drive a global CRM transformation program within a pharmaceutical environment, moving from Veeva CRM to Salesforce. The Data & Integrations Engineer will play a key role in supporting the implementation of data migration and integration deliverables across the program, helping ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant movement of data between systems throughout the transformation. The consultant will work closely with the appointed Project Leader, the Senior Project Manager, the Data & Integration Architect, the implementation vendor, and Salesforce, and must be comfortable operating in a multi-vendor setup with both global and offshore delivery teams. The ideal candidate brings strong experience from similar CRM transformation programs in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, including hands-on delivery of data migration, interface development, data validation, and integration support in an international setting. The person should have proven ability to work across technical and functional teams and support high-quality execution across business, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Driving the implementation of data migration and integration activities for the global migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Building, configuring, testing, and supporting data flows, migration routines, interfaces, and integrations across relevant systems Supporting data extraction, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, validation, and load activities across source and target environments Working closely with the Data & Integration Architect to translate architectural designs into practical technical solutions Collaborating with appointed Project Leader, the Senior Project Manager, the implementation vendor, Salesforce, and other key delivery partners Supporting issue resolution, defect management, testing, cutover preparation, and rollout readiness related to data and integrations Ensuring alignment with defined standards, technical design principles, security requirements, and data quality expectations Working effectively with offshore teams and supporting an integrated global delivery model Supporting documentation, technical handover, and operational readiness for post-go-live support Candidate profile: Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar role on large, complex CRM transformation programs, within pharma or life sciences Strong experience with Salesforce-related data migration and system integrations, and preferably experience with Veeva CRM Hands-on experience with data transformation, interface implementation, testing, reconciliation, and deployment support Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments involving internal leadership, vendors, software providers, and offshore teams Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Start date: From mid-August Duration: 15 months Location: Preferably based in Denmark For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
