Lokation: SøborgWe are looking for a Senior Data Engineer for one of our clients in the Pharma industry In this role, you will use your strong technical and analytical competencies to design, implement, and mature cloud-based data- infrastructure and pipelines of large scale ML and Mathematical Modelling products in an MLOps setup. Together with your Data Engineering- and Data Science colleagues, you will take an integral part of a product team, collaborating with a broad range of profiles with mixed competencies to deliver on digital solutions that enable more intelligent use of data and ultimately improve the lives of people living with chronic diseases. To fulfil the role, it is essential that you can use your good interpersonal and communication skills to achieve results together with your colleagues. It is an advantage if you can tick of any of the below: A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or similar, with a strong technical and analytical mindset. More than 6-8 years of experience in a data engineering role, with a focus on designing and implementing cloud-based data infrastructure and pipelines, ideally in a production-mature machine learning environment and MLOps setup. Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python, and adherence to software development standards and CI/CD, e.g. using Azure DevOps. Fluency in SQL, and a general understanding of databases. Technical expertise in data engineering technologies and tool stacks, such as API integrations, database migrations, ORMs, ETL/ELT processes, and (open source) tools. Experience in writing Infrastructure-as-code (IAC), e.g. using Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. Knowledge within the pharmaceutical or medical field is an advantage. Positive if the candidate has had exposure to working with LLMs and Agentic AI Frameworks. Required Skills Must have skills: SQL, Databricks, Python. Good to have skills: DBT (open source analytical engineering framework), Azure, LLMs, Agentic AI, Spark, Azure Dev/Ops. Nice to have: Pharma industry experience. We are looking for a Solution Architect / Tech Lead for one of our clients in the Pharma industry Are you an experienced technical leader who wants to build innovative digital solutions that streamline operations at the client's production sites and help more patients get the treatments they need? Join the cross‑functional Digital Shopfloor teams to shape scalable architectures, deliver reliable systems used across production sites, and directly impact the lives of millions of patients. What’s the role about? You will work across two core applications (a hybrid iOS app and a PWA) that are already live at multiple production sites and are being scaled globally. As a Solution Architect / Tech Lead you will own the technical vision, architecture and delivery practices for these products, improve performance and observability, and enable future interoperability between systems. The Digital Shopfloor organisation is a cross‑functional setup responsible for product development and DevOps of the applications. Teams include Product Owners, UX/UI, Frontend, Backend, Data Engineers, and DevOps. Key responsibilities Define and evolve the technical architecture and roadmap for the products. Translate product strategy and user needs into technical solutions, trade‑offs and delivery plans. Lead API, integration and interoperability strategies to enable reliable interaction across systems. Drive non‑functional requirements: scalability, performance, security, observability and CI/CD. Produce prototypes, participate in code and design reviews, and set engineering standards and best practices. Mentor engineers, foster knowledge sharing and remove technical blockers. Coordinate with stakeholders, platform teams and external partners to enable delivery and operations. Ensure proper operational handover, runbooks and incident practices for production systems. Who you are 7+ years of software engineering experience using .NET and Azure, with 3+ years in a tech lead, architect or similar role. Proven experience designing and operating Azure cloud solutions; familiarity with PaaS, serverless and containers. Strong background in backend architecture, API design using .NET and Azure data storage (blob storage and cosmos DB); awareness of frontend/mobile considerations (Vue 3 + Ionic). Practical experience with CI/CD (Github, ADO or similar), Infrastructure as Code (Bicep), automated testing (playwright) and observability (azure application insights and Grafana). Systems thinker who balances strategic architecture with pragmatic delivery. Hands‑on coder who can contribute to implementations (preferred). Excellent communicator; fluent English. Danish is an advantage. Nice to have Experience scaling products across multiple sites or regions. Background with hybrid mobile apps/PWAs or regulated/manufacturing environments. Familiarity with data engineering/ML integrations.
