We are looking for a PLM Operational Transition Consultant (Project Manager) for our Client in the manufacturing industry Assignment description Background We are entering a critical phase of a large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) program, where key program components are transitioning from program delivery to steady-state operations. To ensure a smooth, aligned, and sustainable transition, we are seeking an experienced PLM Operational Transition Lead. The PLM Operational Transition Lead will drive and facilitate the establishment of a governance structure across the two operational departments that will receive the program deliveries. A crucial part of the work is creating the future operating model. This will require facilitation and alignment on different organizational levels, and solid communication and involvement skills throughout the engagement. Key responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of the PLM operating model, covering governance, accountability, roles & responsibilities, processes, decision forums, and integration with existing operational setups where relevant Plan and facilitate the work including a wide range of stakeholders (business, IT, operations, governance bodies, vendors) Drive progress and decision-making in complex, multi-stakeholder settings Secure buy-in and approvals of governance structure and operating model, translated into clear, actionable operational artifacts Act as a neutral facilitator yet firm and decisive and challenge constructively but push for progress to keep momentum Ensure the operational organizations are ready to receive program deliverables from 3rd quarter 2026 Qualification criteria - required experience & skills Proven experience delivering governance setup and operating models in large manufacturing companies Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, including CxO level At home when communicating with mid-top tier management, preparing decision materials and enabling alignment Demonstrated ability to drive decisions, not just discussions Excellent coordination and planning skills across multiple teams and workstreams Ability to facilitate and support the documentation of (new) processes Extensive experience working in environments where solutions are transitioning from program to steady-state operations Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented working style You have 8-15 years of experience as a business consultant, with business transformation and project management skills You have worked with similar challenges and can share references that can support your achievements Nice to have Hands-on experience with PLM platforms (e.g. Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE) Background in manufacturing, engineering, or product-driven organizations A history from Accenture, CapGemini, BCG, PWC or similar is an advantage Start date: 15-03-2026 End date: 31-12-2026 Location: Bjerringbro, Denmark For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,7%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced. We are looking for a senior Fullstack Developer with Vue / Typescript experience for our client in the pharma industry: As part of the StudyHub Product suite we are working across multiple value streams catering to different user needs - for this role you will be part of the Strategic Design & Planning suite, which focuses on the early design and planning part of cliniical trials. We have a tech team of 6 developers including one tech lead who you will be working with. The organization around this Product suite is new from January as we consolidate products that have lived in somewhat isolation. So initially we will focus some of our efforts on reducing complexity and simplifying the previous setup. The infrastructure part is fairly well established, for the frontend and backend we will start looking at how we can work across what was previously multiple codebases. So if monorepositories, micro-frontends, BFF, simplification, modules, event driven architecture and Azure infrastructure is something that interests you then you will definitely find it here. It is definitely a plus to have worked within Pharma before, but it is not a hard requirement.
