Konsulenten skal understøtte koordinering, planlægning og eksekvering på tværs af teams og interessenter i en kompleks organisation. Der søges en senior profil som er en stærk facilitator med solid erfaring inden for SAFe/agile leverancer, stakeholder management og drift af Agile Release Trains. Main Responsibilities As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications and services. This is a hands-on role requiring full ownership of a critical IT infrastructure stream within a complex IT program. The ideal candidate must demonstrate personal authority and the ability to drive progress with minimal supervision. Main responsibility: Full end-to-end accountability for delivery, results, and outcomes within the assigned stream. Absolute ownership of planning, execution, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions. Focus on progress, decisions, and closure under fixed deadlines. Clear, fact-based reporting and escalation to senior levels when delivery is at risk. Hands-on production of plans, documentation, coordination artifacts, and follow-ups. Key requirements: Senior Project Manager with documented success in large-scale IT infrastructure projects. Experience with insurance is a plus. Deep practical mastery of project control disciplines. We are looking for a proactive and flexible consultant to support offshore wind farm projects within portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in power system studies using PowerFactory and PSCAD. The consultant will be expected to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project demands. Main Responsibilities Create and validate EMT and RMS models for relevant assets (e.g., WTG, PPC, STATCOM, as applicable). Plan and execute design and Grid Code compliance studies, small disturbances, and fault scenarios. Draft clear, audit-ready technical documentation for internal review and external compliance; contribute to grid-connection workstreams. Interface with OEMs on model provisioning, validation, and parameterization. Summarize findings, recommend mitigations, and ensure quality in line with standards across multiple projects. Key Requirements Degree in Electrical/Power Systems Engineering (BEng/MSc/PhD) or equivalent. At least 5 years’ hands-on experience with PSCAD for EMT studies, including applicable add-ons and analysis modules, plus required experience with DIgSILENT PowerFactory covering steady-state and RMS analyses. Experience working with vendor models and parameterization for compliance. Scripting/automation skills for workflows and post-processing. Experience coordinating with OEMs for model delivery, validation, and updates with strong data confidentiality practices. Strong communication skills; able to produce clear reports and stakeholder materials. Ability to work independently while following established methodologies, documentation standards, and QA processes. Nice to Have Familiarity with additional software tools related to power systems analysis. Knowledge of offshore wind farm technologies.
