Summary: The role primarily aims to support the Rebate Management Project by providing test management expertise due to the temporary absence of a team member. This is essential for ensuring the smooth implementation of a custom rebate handling solution for indirect customers within the client’s sector. Main Responsibilities: Lead test management activities for the Rebate Management Project. Conduct thorough testing of the rebate handling solution. Utilize Salesforce and AI to ensure accurate claims processing. Facilitate communication with KAMs and Finance BPs for rebate approvals. Potentially assist in the development of contract creation and management within Salesforce. Ensure integration with existing pricing and reporting systems. Key Requirements: Proven experience with Salesforce. Strong testing and test management skills. Ability to work within established testing frameworks and processes. Experience with complex business and integration landscapes. Nice to Have: Familiarity with AI solutions in processing claims. Knowledge of contract management techniques. Our client in the insurance industry is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support their insurance claims architecture work related to a critical integration. The assignment focuses on investigations, architectural analysis and solution design needed to integrate claims-related capabilities into a Nordic architecture landscape. This is a role for a senior architect who can quickly understand a complex insurance landscape, structure unclear questions, work with several stakeholder groups and document practical architectural recommendations. The consultant will support delivery needs while helping ensure that decisions remain aligned with long-term claims architecture direction. The assignment may involve both current-state discovery and future-state solution design. Key responsibilities Support the critical integration within claims investigations and solution design Map and clarify claims-related capabilities, dependencies and integration points Assess architectural fit between the two organization’s capabilities and the client’s claims architecture Prepare solution options, recommendations and decision material for relevant stakeholders Work closely with different teams as well as data and integration stakeholders Identify risks, architectural constraints and areas where short-term delivery choices may affect long-term direction. The client is looking for a senior consultant who can work independently, communicate clearly and create structure in complex integration topics. The person should be able to move between detailed solution questions and broader landscape-level architectural reasoning. The consultant should be comfortable working in a Nordic environment with several teams, stakeholders and architectural viewpoints. Strong facilitation and documentation skills are important, because the assignment will likely require clarifying options and helping stakeholders understand trade-offs.
