The role involves working closely with platform teams to establish best practices, ensure compliance with risk and audit requirements, and support efficient ways of working across the organization. Key responsibilities: Define roles, responsibilities, and governance for platforms Gather input from platform teams and translate into actionable frameworks Document, write, and publish guardrails and guidelines Support workshops and stakeholder engagement. Must-have skills: Strong expertise or knowledge of platform management / frameworks / processes (IT architect-level knowledge) Knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices hereof Excellent stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) Experience with documentation tools (SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI) Background in banking or financial services related to ways of working as well as compliance, risk, and audit Fast learner.
