We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Professional to join one of our Sourcing Teams, where you will play a central role in matching highly skilled freelance consultants with complex and business-critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, engage, and qualify top freelance IT consultants within the sector. Build and maintain strong pipelines within key domains (e.g. data, cloud, risk, regulatory, transformation). Translate client needs into precise search strategies and high-quality matches. Deliver relevant and well-matched consultant profiles with a strong understanding of both technical and business context. Maintain and develop dynamic talent pools and contribute to proactive sourcing initiatives. Collaborate closely with Sales, Relationship Engagement, and Back Office to ensure high-quality delivery and strong outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and ways of working. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in IT sourcing or recruitment, preferably within freelance consulting. Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple parallel processes. Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with senior consultants. Ability to balance speed and quality in delivery. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Cut Over Integration Lead to join our team for a critical program.
