Solution Architect – Databricks / Cloudera Migration

On behalf of a client in the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support the migration of a large-scale risk modelling platform from Cloudera to Databricks. The assignment focuses on designing the target and transition architecture, ensuring both platforms can co-exist during the migration while enabling a scalable and operationally ready Databricks environment. Responsibilities: Design solution architectures for IRB model scenarios, supporting the migration from Cloudera to Databricks Produce architecture decision records (ADRs) and define target and transition architectures Break down architecture into implementable components, technology enablers and delivery roadmaps Identify gaps between the existing Cloudera platform and the target Databricks solution, including data sourcing, pipelines, testing and operational readiness Create spike designs to validate technical approaches and clarify complex requirements Define dependencies, critical paths and transition plans across business and technology teams Maintain component and implementation plans aligned with the overall delivery roadmap Work closely with other solution architects to ensure consistency across the programme Key Requirements: Proven experience designing solutions on Databricks, including co-existence and migration scenarios Experience designing transition architectures for platform migrations Experience with Databricks in near real-time environments, including MLOps, Feature Store and real-time data Strong solution architecture experience, including defining components, dependencies and implementation roadmaps Experience with Internal Rating Based (IRB) models is highly desirable Senior profile with approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience Other Details: Work location: The client prefers consultants who can work onsite in the Copenhagen area 3–5 days per week. For the right candidate, remote work may be considered, provided the consultant is based in an EU member state. Preferred start date/end date: ASAP to 31/12-26 + option on extension.

We are looking for a Senior Nexthink Specialist to serve as the technical and strategic lead for all Nexthink-related activities across our client’s customer base. This is a consultative and architecture-driven role responsible for guiding customers on their Digital Employee Experience (DEX) journey - from their current maturity level to advanced adoption of the Nexthink platform. The ideal candidate must be able to design, challenge, and accelerate customers' adoption of Nexthink as a strategic DEX platform within large enterprise organizations. Key responsibilities Own and lead Nexthink implementations from solution design through deployment, adoption, and value realization Develop and drive customers' DEX strategy and roadmap Advise enterprise customers on the optimal use of the Nexthink platform and its capabilities Identify and drive new DEX use cases across the organization Ensure high platform adoption and measurable business value Act as the technical lead in complex enterprise environments Challenge customers' existing operating model and help mature their DEX capabilities Work closely with Sales and Consulting teams in both pre-sales and customer expansion activities.
