You will drive critical execution across TSA exit and build-up activities, new customer onboardings, operational transitions, and other high-impact initiatives within Service Operations. This role operates in a regulated and vendor-heavy environment. The role contains executive visibility. Key Responsibilities: Drive TSA exit and related operational build-up activities in Service Operations, ensuring structured planning and controlled transition. Lead and coordinate onboarding of new customers into the Service Operations model, ensuring operational readiness and risk mitigation. Act as delegated operational lead on selected transformation and improvement initiatives. Ensure clear milestone planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and execution follow-up. Prepare executive-ready material (status reporting, risk summaries, decision proposals). Represent Service Operations in cross-functional governance forums when required.
