We are seeking two Senior Communication Consultants to join the AI Upskilling & Adoption team. These roles are ideal for strong executors who can translate complex messages into clear, engaging, and user-focused communication across multiple channels. You will work in a high‑paced environment where quality, consistency, and speed of execution are essential.Key Responsibilities Develop and align communication for ai.hub across SharePoint, emails, slide decks, and internal channels Ensure all messaging supports the new global AI Upskilling & Adoption strategy Produce communication for both employee and leadership audiences Support the build-out of training programs for +40,000 global employees (slides, invitations, emails, follow-up flows) Create and refine communication for Leadership Training programs Contribute to rollout plans for global AI initiatives Develop communication concepts and activation materials for the Ambassador Network Work closely with SharePoint and graphic design consultants to ensure consistent tone, structure, and visual branding Translate complex AI topics into simple, motivational, and actionable messages Required Experience & Skills 7+ years of experience in internal communications, change communication, or strategic communication Strong experience creating content across SharePoint, email channels, PowerPoint, and intranet platforms Proven ability to communicate complex or technical topics in a simple, engaging, and accessible way Experience in large corporate or global matrix organisations Strong execution skills — able to move from brief to high-quality output quickly Excellent English writing skills with a clean, clear, corporate tone High AI literacy and strong interest in AI‑driven transformation Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating corporate approvals Nice to have Pharma experience Experience with large-scale training or upskilling initiatives Familiarity with visual communication and brand alignment Location: Greater Copenhagen (Hybrid) Start: ASAP Duration: 3 months Onsite/remote: min 3 days onsite per week

The role is highly execution-focused. You will translate brand guidelines, a newly developed Wordmark, and communication concepts into polished visual assets for global audiences within a fast-paced environment. emagine are currently looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager, for one of our financial clients. You will act as the operational right hand to the Head of Service Operations. You will drive critical execution across TSA exit and build-up activities, new customer onboardings, operational transitions, and other high-impact initiatives within Service Operations. This role operates in a regulated and vendor-heavy environment. The role contains executive visibility. Key Responsibilities: Drive TSA exit and related operational build-up activities in Service Operations, ensuring structured planning and controlled transition. Lead and coordinate onboarding of new customers into the Service Operations model, ensuring operational readiness and risk mitigation. Act as delegated operational lead on selected transformation and improvement initiatives. Ensure clear milestone planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and execution follow-up. Prepare executive-ready material (status reporting, risk summaries, decision proposals). Represent Service Operations in cross-functional governance forums when required. Drive vendor alignment and ensure commitments are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations. Key Requirements: Extensive experience as Technical Project Manager or Senior Delivery Consultant in complex IT environments. Experience operating in regulated, SLA-driven, or business-critical environments. Proven experience driving transition programs (e.g., TSA exit, vendor transitions, infrastructure build-up, or similar). Experience leading new customer onboarding within operational or infrastructure contexts. Strong understanding of production infrastructure and application environments. Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and technical teams. Demonstrated ability to drive execution in vendor-heavy environments. Comfortable operating independently with limited supervision. Professional proficiency in Danish and English. Soft skills: Highly structured and outcome-focused and focused on measurable progress.
