We are seeking a highly qualified Export Control & Customs Specialist to enhance our clients team. This role demands a deep understanding of Export Control regulations and customs compliance, providing critical support for operational execution and governance. The ideal candidate will have experience ensuring adherence to EU, UK, and US trade regulations while maintaining robust compliance frameworks that align with organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities: As an Export Control & Customs Specialist, you will be tasked with responsibilities central to the role’s success, including: Conducting daily Export Control checks, including Dual-Use classification and ECCN assignments. Ensuring compliance with EU, UK, and US export-control regulations. Supporting export licence applications and regulatory submissions. Maintaining accurate Export Control master data. Drafting and reviewing Export Control procedures. Performing internal controls and compliance audits. Ensuring accurate and compliant customs declarations. Classifying goods with correct HS codes and maintaining data in SAP. Managing customs brokers and facilitating audits and inquiries. Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: University degree in Foreign Trade, Customs, Export Control, International Trade Law, or a similar qualification. Experience in Export Control and Customs. Strong knowledge of EU/UK/US export control regulations. Experience with customs HS classification, Free Trade Agreements, and the Union Customs Code. We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect – OT & Enterprise to lead the development and operations of PAM360. The successful candidate will possess key skills in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM), ensuring secure and compliant solutions across IT and OT environments. Main Responsibilities Own and govern the end-to-end IAM architecture. Lead the design and evolution of IAM architecture for the OT domain. Define and drive the OT IAM architectural roadmap. Maintain and enforce IAM architectural principles and standards. Provide architectural governance across IAM initiatives. Act as a trusted IAM Architect and security advisor. Responsible for low-level design and implementation of PAM solutions. Ensure alignment of IGA designs with high-level requirements. Perform code reviews and provide recommendations on best practices. Conduct Proof of Concept as required. Key Requirements Strong foundational understanding of IAM & IGA fundamentals. We are seeking experienced professionals to enhance a Third-Party ICT Risk Management framework, focusing on compliance with industry standards and regulations. Candidates must bring extensive project management experience, effective process mapping skills, and the ability to drive implementation initiatives. Main responsibilities Responsible for maturing Third-Party ICT Risk Management controls in accordance with industry standards and per relevant regulations Support with maturing the mapping of Business Products and Services to processes, ICT applications, and Third-Party ICT Service providers Support the enhancement of Business Impact Assessments and carrying them out with stakeholders across the bank Outline decision requests for steering committees and/or applicable governance forums Assess ICT controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and that all relevant regulatory requirements are embedded in the control library Drive process design and implementation activities related to Third-Party ICT risk management Support the establishment of a new resilience strategy.
