Lokation: KøbenhavnAs a Senior Technical Project Manager AWS migration program, you will manage the end-to-end migration of approximately 100 applications from various hosting environments to AWS. This role requires proficiency in planning, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, alongside day-to-day leadership of DevOps and Data Engineering teams. You will coordinate schedules, oversee risk tracking, and ensure stakeholders are aligned throughout the migration process. Main Responsibilities Manage end-to-end migration planning and delivery governance for AWS cloud migration initiatives across multiple teams. Develop and maintain an integrated migration plan, ensuring connection of scope, timelines, and resource needs. Orchestrate timely delivery of necessary technical prerequisites and shared services. Lead external DevOps and Data Engineering consultants, managing their workload and progress. Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making through workshops and checkpoints. Own delivery reporting and controls to enhance transparency and timely escalation. Collaborate with the Program Manager and technical leads to align execution and change activities. Key Requirements 8+ years of project/portfolio management experience, including 3-6+ years in multi-workstream IT initiatives. Proven track record in leading cloud migration projects. Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture. Experience managing matrixed technical teams, with coaching and capacity management skills. Strong discipline in governance and delivery management, including tools like RAID management. Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders of various levels across IT and business units. Experience with change management processes and user adoption support. Proficient in PMO, collaboration, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). The objective of this project is to define, develop, and implement robust laboratory automation solutions that support operations by minimizing IT dependency risks and maximizing workflow reliability. The focus is to identify and integrate the automation components needed for operational efficiency – ensuring systems can receive all necessary input at the start and run independently of external IT systems during execution. This will be supported through early alignment with stakeholders, precise requirements gathering, and implementation planning that ensures system compatibility with internal infrastructure, security policies, and connectivity standards. The scope of this project includes the definition, development, and integration of automation systems within clearly defined system boundaries. It covers: Core automation functionality and the direct integrations required to execute laboratory workflows. Identification and mapping of critical data flows to ensure appropriate system handoffs and reduce integration risks. Coordination with relevant stakeholders to align system expectations, IT compatibility, and operational dependencies from the start of the project. Ensuring the automation setup supports a secure, maintainable, and compliant operating environment, based on established internal governance.
