Senior Solution Architect / Technical Lead

We need a Senior Solution Architect / Technical lead to potentially be part of a six-week assessment for three projects involving AI-enabled enterprise solutions, ServiceNow, and APIs. Lead the end-to-end technical assessment across three projects involving AI-enabled enterprise solutions, ServiceNow, and APIs Assess the architecture and technical viability of the three shortlisted scenarios Define appropriate boundaries between the AI-powered employee experience/orchestration layer and underlying workflow and systems-of-record platforms Assess one of the projects’ AI architecture, including orchestration, RAG/knowledge, agents, context management, integration and human hand-off Evaluate APIs, integrations, IAM/RBAC, security, data flows, auditability, resilience and observability. Work with the ServiceNow Specialist to assess workflow architecture, customization debt, API fitness and required platform uplift Identify technical dependencies, constraints, risks and industrialization requirements Define the target architecture for the recommended direction Assess scalability, operability and governance requirements needed to move from proof to enterprise scale Contribute technical inputs to the TCO/business case, transition approach and implementation roadmap Present architecture findings and recommendations to the client’s technical and executive stakeholders Work with the AI Architect/SME for targeted expert review and technical assurance of the AI-related conclusions Co-author the final assessment report with the Engagement Lead and specialist team, translating technical findings, scenario comparisons, architecture recommendations, risks and roadmap inputs into a clear executive decision document Must-have competencies: 10+ years in solution/enterprise architecture or comparable senior technical leadership Strong experience designing enterprise-scale integrated architectures. Good understanding of AI-enabled enterprise solutions, including LLMs, RAG, agent/orchestration patterns and AI integration, without necessarily being a specialist AI engineer Strong API, integration and systems-of-record architecture experience Experience with identity, security, governance and non-functional requirements Ability to assess competing architecture options objectively and turn findings into a clear recommendation Strong stakeholder communication, including working with enterprise architects and senior business stakeholders Experience producing target architectures, transition architectures and implementation roadmaps. Strong advantages to have: ServiceNow / ESM architecture exposure Microsoft/Azure AI or comparable enterprise AI platform experience Employee experience / digital workplace architecture Experience assessing AI solutions for production readiness, rather than only PoCs Consulting or assessment engagements involving architecture options and business cases. Note: Remember that this is a six-week assessment. This role will have a 50% allocation.

We are looking for an experienced specialist to support measurement and metocean data management across the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and quality assurance to system maintenance and user enablement. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing data ingestion workflows into Atlas and related platforms, ensuring timely availability of measurement data for project development, bidding activities, and operational requests.
