Lokation: Københavnemagine is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA and proven success in managing complex on-premise to cloud migration projects. This role is critical in driving our digital transformation as we upgrade our current SAP environment to S/4HANA Cloud. You will lead a high-impact program, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and timeline adherence. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for the SAP S/4HANA migration from on-premise to cloud. Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators to ensure smooth delivery. Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests. Oversee system integration, data migration, and testing activities. Act as the central point of contact for all SAP S/4HANA project-related communications. Ensure project governance and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Facilitate workshops and steering committee meetings to drive decisions and maintain transparency. Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members. Key Requirements: 8+ years of SAP project management experience, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. Demonstrated experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud migrations (public or private edition). Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and cloud-specific migration strategies. Proven track record in managing large, cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments. Familiarity with tools like SAP Solution Manager, Jira, MS Project, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus. Nice to Have: PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP-certified Project Manager.
