One of our clients in the banking industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead large, business-critical AI transformation programs across IT, digital products, and service delivery within Denmark. As a pivotal figure in program management, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution and translating strategy into delivery while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and measurable customer and enterprise value. Main Responsibilities Leading large-scale transformation programs with a scope of 200M–1B+ DKK across IT and business domains, your responsibilities will include: Owning end-to-end program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards Driving cross-functional coordination across multiple teams (100–400 FTEs) and departments Translating strategic priorities into clear program structures, milestones, and outcomes Engaging and aligning senior stakeholders and executive leadership in complex environments Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across program delivery Supporting transformation initiatives including digitalization, simplification, and AI-enabled services. Key Requirements 15+ years of experience in program management, IT delivery, or transformation leadership (with significantly large budgets) Proven track record delivering complex, high-impact programs in regulated environments Strong experience in banking, insurance, or public sector (banking is preferred) Deep expertise in program and portfolio management Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models Strong stakeholder and executive communication abilities Understanding of IT systems, architecture, and service delivery Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and multi-stream programs Ability to navigate organizational complexity and political environments Proven capability to lead through change and transformation Experience with AI programs / projects (will be preferred, but not a must).
