The role demands proven expertise in test management and a strong understanding of Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies, particularly the Spotify model. Candidates must possess hands-on experience in complex integration environments, ideally within the insurance or financial services domain. Main Responsibilities Establishing the test strategy and developing comprehensive test plans. Coordinating testing efforts across various teams and systems. Ensuring availability of test data and readiness of the test environment. Managing stakeholder interactions and providing pertinent reporting. Executing cross-functional testing as necessary.
