Introduction & Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a crucial logistics and e-commerce initiative designed to enhance customer experience and strengthen e-commerce capabilities. This role requires a strong background in IT project delivery, focusing on efficient, scalable solutions to support enhanced e-commerce operations. Due to the project's scope, complexity, and strategic importance, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the execution, governance, and coordination of the initiative across multiple IT units, technology teams and external partners. The IT Project Manager will report to the Tech Portfolio Manager and work closely with colleagues across Tech Logistics, Tech Digital, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery and realization of business value. Main Responsibilities As Project Manager you will be responsible for the professional and independent management of the project, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, budget, and timeline. Your responsibilities will include: · Planning, structuring, and driving both project from planning through implementation · Managing stakeholders across Tech and be the representative in a cross organisational project (Logistic and E-com) · Coordinating with external vendors and implementation partners · Managing project governance, reporting, and progress tracking · Ensuring alignment across technical teams, business and Tech stakeholders, and external partners · Managing dependencies, risks, and change requests · Ensuring successful handover to the operational organization upon completion Key Requirements We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT project delivery. The programme will bring together existing data and AI initiatives across multiple teams into one aligned and governed programme. This is not a greenfield build. The key challenge is to connect work already underway, resolve overlaps and dependencies, establish a shared direction and drive delivery across teams and stakeholders. The Programme Manager will act as an integrator and driver of the programme, rather than a hands-on technical lead.
