Hovedansvarsområder: Bistand til programleder Opdatering af risikolog Opdatering af beslutningslog Udarbejdelse af styregruppemateriale Udarbejdelse af indstillinger Udarbejdelse af afrapportering Udarbejdelse og opfølgning på mødereferater Opdatering af programmets tidsplaner med input fra de underliggende projekter Økonomi- og ressourceopfølgning på tværs af programmet. Nøglekrav: 2-5 års erfaring med PMO-arbejde (Project Management Office) og lignende ledelsesstøtte Erfaring fra komplekse projekter/programmer med mange stakeholders Indsigt i finansielle flows internt-eksternt samt Operation Fremragende kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner Evne til at arbejde både selvstændigt og i teams i et dynamisk miljø Stærke analytiske kompetencer og en problem-løsnings-tilgang Hurtigt at kunne sætte sig ind i og forstå komplekse flows og domæneområder Robust karakter der kan navigere sig i et komplekst og politisk miljø.
