We are seeking a highly qualified Export Control & Customs Specialist to enhance our clients team. This role demands a deep understanding of Export Control regulations and customs compliance, providing critical support for operational execution and governance. The ideal candidate will have experience ensuring adherence to EU, UK, and US trade regulations while maintaining robust compliance frameworks that align with organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities: As an Export Control & Customs Specialist, you will be tasked with responsibilities central to the role’s success, including: Conducting daily Export Control checks, including Dual-Use classification and ECCN assignments. Ensuring compliance with EU, UK, and US export-control regulations. Supporting export licence applications and regulatory submissions. Maintaining accurate Export Control master data. Drafting and reviewing Export Control procedures. Performing internal controls and compliance audits. Ensuring accurate and compliant customs declarations. Classifying goods with correct HS codes and maintaining data in SAP. Managing customs brokers and facilitating audits and inquiries.
